We are looking for a BIM Specialist who has knowledge, experience, and curiosity in BIM projects to join our team.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be expected but not limited to:
- Work on multiple international projects as a BIM Specialist,
- Participate in BIM and coordination meetings with multinational stakeholders and resolve coordination issues within the model,
- Create BIM contents for clients and manufacturers,
- Provide technical support and training to team members regarding BIM processes,
- Create training materials,
- Follow national and international BIM standards,
- Prepare drawings and quantity takeoff lists from BIM models.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture or related engineering field, with at least 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling and data coordination,
- General knowledge of national and international BIM standards,
- Highly motivated, able to work both independently and effectively as part of a team,
- Fluent spoken English whereas additional languages are highly valued.
