Academia – Industry Collaboration (ITU – ITUSEM)
ProCS actively collaborates with Istanbul Technical University Continuous Education Center (ITU SEM) as an industry representative within BIM certification programs, contributing to a strong academia–industry partnership. Within this framework, ProCS experts contribute by sharing, hands-on experience derived from real-life projects, best practices related to design coordination, information management, and project delivery processes, BIM organization and management approaches for large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. This contribution ensures that academic content is reinforced with practical, applicable industry knowledge.
buildingSMART and PCERT Certification Support
ProCS supports the dissemination and proper implementation of the buildingSMART International Professional Certification (PCERT) framework. In this context, ProCS provides industry support to the buildingSMART Professional Certification (PCERT) – Foundation Level Training delivered under ITUSEM, with a focus on openBIM principles, ISO 19650 series, and the practical application of international standards within real project environments.
International Reference Framework
Our training content is inspired by the methodologies adopted by leading international BIM consultancy and training organizations and is structured to be standards-driven (ISO 19650, buildingSMART), process- and role-oriented and covering the full project lifecycle. The objective is to enable participants to develop not only software-related skills, but also organizational BIM capability, process design competence and information management expertise
Corporate and Tailored Training Programs
In addition to public programs, ProCS delivers tailor-made BIM training and awareness programs for organizations. We place particular importance on delivering such programs under the umbrella of a recognized educational institution and, where appropriate, aim to conduct these trainings within the scope of our collaboration with Istanbul Technical University (ITU / ITUSEM).
